Returns

We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom-made products
Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges
